Freedom BOOST Checking Truth in Savings Disclosure

To qualify for Freedom BOOST, the following conditions must be met:

1. Minimum of fifteen (15) posted Debit Card POS Transactions by the last business day of the month

2. AND TWO of the following additional criteria:

   -One (1) or more posted Direct Deposit(s) - minimum of $1,000.00 monthly (cumulative - e.g. could have two (2) that are $500.00 each)
   -Two (2) or more posted Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Debits (excluding electronic checks) monthly
   -Automatic Scheduled Installment Payment to an Eastern Colorado Bank loan posted by the last business day of the month

Any daily balance exceeding the $25,000.00, will receive the Tier Two rate on the daily balance in your account.

If the above criteria is NOT met, the account does NOT qualify for Freedom BOOST and will receive the Tier Two rate on the entire daily balance funds in your account.

Effective September 1, 2026, Eastern Colorado Bank will no longer be a member of MoneyPass® ATM network. Foreign ATM and cash back surcharge fees may be reimbursed up to $12.00 per statement cycle, provided all Freedom BOOST qualifying criteria are met. The reimbursement will occur on the day the statement is generated. Accounts that do not meet the required eligibility criteria will receive no reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts are limited to actual surcharges incurred and are subject to eligibility requirements.

This account has a paper statement fee of $3.00 per monthly statement cycle; this fee is waived if enrolled in eStatements which requires an Online Banking login.

This account type is limited to one per primary account holder.

This is a checking account. This Freedom BOOST Checking Account is intended for personal use only.  The minimum opening deposit for this account is $100.00. See our rate sheet for the current APY. The APY is variable and eligible to change on the 1st business day of each month. Interest earned will be paid to the account monthly.
