Simple Business Disclosure

This is a business checking account – not intended for personal use. The minimum opening deposit for this account is $100.00. Monthly Service charges are tiered based on the number of items processed per statement cycle. Tiers are as follows:

• 0-100 items                   $  0.00
• 101-150 items                $  5.00
• 151-300 items               $  7.00
• 301-500 items              $  9.00
• 501-1,000 items           $ 11.00
• 1,000 items + Ineligible for this account type

An ‘item’ includes all electronic and physical debits and credits on the account. If an account processes more than 1,000 items for two months in any 12-month rolling period, the account will automatically be converted to our Business Analysis Checking account. Upon conversion, current disclosures for the new account will be provided. Businesses are not eligible for this account if they utilize Treasury Management, Coin/Cash Services or are subject to Enhanced Due Diligence.
