Freedom Boost Checking Truth in Saving Disclosure

This Freedom BOOST Checking Account is intended for personal use – not intended for business use. Daily minimum balance tiers are used to determine interest bearing eligibility. If the account holder maintains a daily balance above $1,000.00 and meets the reward criteria mentioned below, the daily balances will earn the stated Tier One BOOST rate, and the account is exempt from the $10.00 monthly service charge. If the reward criteria are not met, the $10.00 service charge will be assessed on the account, and it will receive the stated Tier Two rate on all daily balance funds in the account.
