Freedom Flex Checking Account Disclosure

This Freedom Flex Checking Account is intended for personal use – not intended for business use.
This account has a monthly service fee of $5.00. The monthly service fee is waived if the primary
account holder is between 0-23 years of age. It is required that a parent or legal guardian be a
joint owner until the primary account holder reaches 18 years of age. Upon reaching the age of 24,
the monthly service fee will be assessed unless Freedom Flex reward criteria is met. To qualify for
Freedom Flex rewards, the following reward criteria must be met:
